Build products for homes across North America as a morning-shift Assembly Production Worker with TAG Hardware in South Surrey. Use hand tools and careful workmanship daily.
This hands-on manufacturing position suits candidates with assembly experience or those ready to learn. You will follow English work instructions, product specifications, and production schedules. The work includes repetitive tasks, quality inspection, packaging, and material handling.
Key Responsibilities:- Assemble products using hand tools, fasteners, adhesives, and instructions
- Inspect components and finished products for quality and defects
- Count, sort, package, box, and label completed products
- Prepare orders and build pallet quantities for shipping
- Maintain safe, clean, organized workstations and production areas
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to follow written English instructions and specifications
- Comfort working hands-on with repetitive production tasks
- Willingness to learn; previous experience is an asset
