As a Welder, you will join, fabricate, and repair metal into high-quality components. The work includes interpreting specifications, positioning parts, and using welding equipment. You will also inspect production, maintain machinery, and support organized, safe operations.

• Interpret blueprints, specifications, drawings, and schematics
• Position, align, fit, and weld parts
• Use cranes and forklifts to position materials safely
• Inspect materials before, during, and after production
• Maintain inventory, machinery, housekeeping, and 5-S standards

• Keen attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Interest in hands-on machinery work or learning
