The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Copywriter who owns words across the entire growth engine — website, email, campaigns, SEO, and PR. This is not a “brand‑only” or “blog‑only” role. Your primary job is to drive action: more conversions, higher engagement, clearer positioning.

What You’ll Own
1. Website & Conversion Copy
  • Own all website copy across DooÜ and Pocketpills (landing pages, funnels, feature pages).
  • Write copy that improves clarity, trust, and conversion at every step.
  • Collaborate with the Website Lead to test headlines, subheads, CTAs, and page structure.
  • Continuously iterate copy based on performance data and CRO insights.
2. Email & Lifecycle Copy
  • Write all email and SMS copy across onboarding, nurture, reactivation, and retention flows.
  • Work closely with the Retention / CRM Manager on sequencing, tone, and segmentation.
  • Partner with designers to ensure copy and visuals work together seamlessly.
3. Campaign Copywriting
  • Lead copy for large campaigns and launches (new ailments, partnerships, seasonal pushes).
  • Translate strategy and positioning into campaign narratives, hooks, and messaging frameworks.
  • Support paid media with ad copy, scripts, and long‑form descriptions when needed.
4. SEO & Content Copy
  • Own SEO‑driven copy including blogs, landing pages, pillar pages, and supporting content.
  • Write and optimize copy for search without sacrificing clarity or conversion.
  • Support backlink and PR efforts with high‑quality editorial‑style content.
5. PR & Brand Communications
  • Write PR copy including press releases, founder quotes, media pitches, and announcements.
  • Ensure brand voice is consistent across earned, owned, and paid channels.
  • Collaborate with leadership on external communications when required.
Who You Are
  • 4+ years experience as a copywriter across web, email, and campaigns.
  • Strong conversion‑focused mindset - you think in funnels, not just words.
  • Comfortable writing long‑form (blogs, pages) and short‑form (emails, headlines, CTAs).
  • Familiar with SEO fundamentals and writing for search intent.
  • Able to work fast, iterate often, and take feedback from data.
  • Experience in DTC, health, fintech, or subscription businesses is a strong plus.
Success Metrics
  • Conversion rate improvements on landing pages.
  • Email open, click, and conversion rates.
  • Campaign performance (CTR, CVR, engagement).
  • Growth in organic traffic and rankings (SEO content).
  • Clarity and consistency of brand voice across channels.
How You’ll Work
  • Partner daily with Website Lead for page and funnel copy.
  • Work closely with Retention Manager on lifecycle communication.
  • Collaborate with Design to ensure copy and visuals reinforce each other.
  • Support Category Marketing Managers on launches and initiatives.
