Joint Property Match / Key Co Match is a Canadian, women‑led prop‑tech company building an AI‑powered platform for rentals, co‑ownership, and housing workflows across BC, Alberta, Ontario, and nationally.
We are hiring immediately for a hands‑on role supporting active growth, outreach, and CRM‑driven campaigns
. This posting covers two distinct functions
. We are open to hiring:
- One candidate who can do both, or
- Two candidates, each focused on one area
This role is not entry‑level
. We are not training from scratch.
This role is about movement, visibility, and direct outreach
, not theory.
You must already have experience with:
- Social media engagement and posting across multiple platforms (Facebook, Linked In, Instagram, etc.)
- Using AI tools in real marketing or outreach workflows (content generation, campaign support, scheduling, optimization)
- Direct outreach (DMs, email, calls) using scripts and campaigns
Responsibilities
- Execute social media posting and engagement across multiple platforms
- Outreach to landlords, tenants & students, co‑owners, realtors, brokers, property managers, universities, colleges, and community groups
- Post and engage in existing groups and partner networks
- Support outreach for listings, partnerships, and platform adoption
- Comfortable being public‑facing when required (calls, podcasts, media outreach)
This role requires actual CRM experience

You must already have experience with:
- Zoho CRM or a comparable CRM (Hub Spot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Building and running email campaigns and newsletters
- Segmenting lists and managing pipelines
- Tracking outreach, referrals, and campaign performance
Responsibilities
- Manage Zoho CRM setup, segmentation, and hygiene
- Execute email campaigns, newsletters, and cold outreach
- Support ambassador and outreach campaigns with tracking
- Maintain clean, accurate contact data
- Provide light reporting on campaign performance
We are not training CRM basics. You need to be comfortable operating independently.
Compensation- Hourly contract rate (aligned with junior–intermediate experience)
- Performance bonuses and referral incentives available
- If you can perform BOTH roles: + $5/hour premium (or equivalent performance‑based increase)
Flexible hours. Execution and results matter more than time logged.
Important Notes- AI usage is part of the job, not optional
- This is a hands‑on execution role, not a strategy‑only position
- We move quickly and value accountability
