In this critical position at White Cap, you'll be responsible for executing service commitments and understanding customer needs. This role supports various tasks, from coordinating new customer setups to addressing concerns during product implementation. You will work closely with a manager to track service metrics and leverage your product knowledge to foster relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate new customer setups and product pre-packing
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge for effective service
• Serve as a point of contact for customer issues
• Track site visits and review metrics weekly
• Promote product line and support marketing initiatives
Requirements:
• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred
• 0-2 years of related experience
• 1+ years in sales or account management preferred
• Valid Driver’s License with good record
• Ability to perform physical tasks as needed
