Social Manager We’re looking for a hands‑on Social Manager who is both execution‑focused and strategically minded. You’re comfortable working in‑platform, using data to guide decisions and improve performance. You collaborate well across teams, take ownership of your work, and are always looking for ways to optimize and drive better results.
Responsibilities Campaign Execution & Planning Lead end‑to‑end execution of paid social campaigns across platforms (Meta, Tik Tok, Linked In, Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat)
Manage day‑to‑day campaign performance, ensuring delivery aligns with KPIs and optimizing for efficiency
Analyze performance data to identify key drivers and opportunities, and translate findings into clear recommendations
Support strategy development through audience, creative, and budget insights
Partner with cross‑functional teams and platform partners to ensure seamless execution and innovation
Oversee QA across campaign setup, tracking, and reporting to ensure accuracy and consistency
Contribute to post‑campaign reporting, learning agendas, and test‑and‑learn initiatives
Work closely with internal teams (Strategy, Activation, Marketing Science, Creative) to ensure integrated execution
Support and lead campaign briefings, kick‑offs, and status updates where required
Collaborate with platform partners (Meta, Tik Tok, etc.) to stay up to date on updates, trends, and bring forward opportunities and optimizations
Team Supervision Provide day‑to‑day guidance and oversight to junior team members, ensuring high‑quality campaign execution and delivery
Review work across campaign setup, optimization, and reporting to maintain accuracy and consistency
Help manage workloads and timelines to ensure deliverables are met efficiently
Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high‑performing team environment
Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in paid social marketing
Strong hands‑on experience across major social platforms
A solid understanding of campaign set‑up, optimization, and performance measurement
Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Datorama) and platform analytics
Familiarity with tracking frameworks (pixels, UTMs, conversion events)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights and actions
Excellent organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills
A proactive mindset with curiosity for digital trends and platform innovation

Salary: $55,000 – $65,000
