In this role, you will spearhead the orchestration of multi-channel campaigns across a portfolio of clients. Ensuring that initiatives are aligned with client expectations and business objectives, you will leverage performance data to generate actionable insights. Your leadership will be critical in retaining clients and fostering expansion opportunities while collaborating widely across internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategize and execute dynamic marketing campaigns
• Lead client communication and alignment on deliverables
• Analyze performance data to inform strategies
• Develop plans for upselling opportunities
• Present monthly insights and recommendations
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of agency experience in a client success capacity
• Proficient in digital marketing tactics including SEO and paid media
• Experience with eCommerce strategies preferred
• Track record of driving client retention and growth
• Strong analytical skills for performance assessment
