Marketing Coordinator responsible for developing policies, performing administrative tasks, responding to enquiries, advising clients on advertising or sales promotions, coordinating special publicity events and promotions, preparing communications material, delivering educational and publicity programs, developing marketing strategies, maintaining a digital database, and supervising office and volunteer staff.

• Develop policies
• Perform administrative tasks
• Respond to enquiries from members of the business community concerning development opportunities
• Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies
• Answer written and oral inquiries
• Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions
• Gather, research and prepare communications material
• Prepare and/or deliver educational, publicity and information programs, materials and sessions
• Develop marketing strategies
• Maintain and manage digital database
• Supervise office and volunteer staff

Education:

Secondary (high school) graduation certificate.

Experience:

1 year to less than 2 years.

• A Canadian citizen
• A permanent resident of Canada
• A temporary resident of Canada with a valid work permit
