Summary

We are looking for a Creative and Marketing
Coordinator to join our marketing team and bring our brand to life across digital, print, events, and customer experiences.

This is a hands-on, varied role for a creative and organized individual who enjoys seeing their work come to life. You’ll be responsible for creating engaging visual content, supporting our website and digital channels, coordinating sponsor ships and events, and helping ensure our brand is consistently represented across our locations and customer touchpoints.

From designing a campaign or event materials, to updating a webpage, coordinating a sponsorship, or helping create an engaging showroom experience, no two days will look exactly the same.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build their creative portfolio while gaining experience across graphic design, events, sponsor ships, and brand experience.

This is a full-time, in-office position based at our Surrey location
, reporting to the Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities Graphic Design
  • Create digital and print materials including social media, advertising, web, brochures, presentations, signage, and event collateral.
  • Develop creative concepts and visual content for campaigns, promotions, events, and communications.
  • Maintain brand consistency and an organized library of design and brand assets.
  • Support photography and videography for equipment, locations, events, and campaigns.
  • Manage corporate clothing, promotional merchandise, and branded swag.
Website & Digital
  • Maintain and update the Word Press website, including pages, images, news, events, and promotions.
  • Create webpages, forms, and digital content to support communications and marketing initiatives.
Events & Sponsor ships
  • Coordinate sponsor ships, including partner communication, deliverables, signage, and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate and support events, trade shows, customer events, and community initiatives.
  • Develop event materials and attend select events as a Pinnacle Equipment representative.
Brand & Customer Experience
  • Help maintain a consistent Pinnacle Equipment brand experience across dealerships, events, and digital channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on showroom displays, signage, merchandising, and other customer-facing initiatives.
  • Contribute creative ideas that enhance the customer experience and support broader brand initiatives.
What We're Looking For
  • Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong eye for design, typography, layout, and brand consistency.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and work independently.
  • A collaborative, positive, and proactive approach.
  • Experience in agriculture, construction, equipment, or a related industry is an asset.
Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Experience managing a Word Press website.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and website analytics.
  • Photography and/or videography experience.
  • Experience supporting events, trade shows, sponsor ships, or community partnerships.
Compensation
  • $50,000–$60,000 depending on experience
