Reporting directly to the CEO, the Lead in Strategic Communication and Development oversees communication initiatives and supervises staff. Your expertise will support the organization’s goals in public positioning and philanthropic engagement. A background in health or social services will enhance your ability to navigate this vital area.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement strategic communications aligned with the organizational plan
• Advise on reputation management and public positioning
• Prepare key external messages and reports
• Lead proposals for funding and business cases
• Build strategic partnerships for community impact
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 7-10 years in communications or business development
• Experience with media and stakeholder engagement
• Track record of successful fundraising strategies
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
