With 7-10 years of comprehensive leadership experience, particularly in healthcare or not-for-profit sectors, the Executive Director will manage strategic growth, advocate for hospice services, and ensure the quality of care across the community.
Your role includes oversight of collaborative engagements and program innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic plans with the Board
• Oversee daily operations for effective program delivery
• Manage financial resources while ensuring transparency
• Foster community relationships and partnerships

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in healthcare management preferred
• Experience with Board governance and non-profit operations
