Join DIVERSE city Community Resources Society as a Program Coordinator for the Future Leaders Youth Employment Program.
Your role will assist in delivering valuable employability skills and career services for youth ages 15-30. Reporting to the Manager, you will coordinate program activities, lead outreach efforts, and build partnerships with local organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in coordinating program activities and services
• Conduct initial intakes and assess participant needs
• Promote the program through community partnerships
• Maintain accurate records and participant data
• Plan and execute community job events and forums
Requirements:
• Diploma in human/social services or similar field
• At least two years of experience in project coordination
• Knowledge of workforce integration issues
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Criminal Record Check is required
