Manager Leadership Giving at MS

Drive meaningful philanthropy as the Manager of Leadership Giving at MS Canada. Engage with leadership donors and enhance their impact on ending multiple sclerosis across Canada.

This full-time role, based in British Columbia, requires building strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals interested in supporting MS initiatives. You will manage a donor portfolio, develop tailored engagement strategies, and collaborate with various stakeholders to meet fundraising goals and create lasting change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspire and steward leadership donors with personalized engagement strategies

• Develop a comprehensive portfolio of transformational gift prospects

• Create innovative strategies linking donors with MS Canada’s mission

• Collaborate with volunteers and executives to foster philanthropy

• Shape an impactful culture of giving through fundraising initiatives

Requirements:

• Proven major gift fundraising experience with five- and six-figure gifts

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong project management capabilities for multiple priorities

• Proficiency in CRM/database systems for donor management

• Flexibility to travel within Canada for donor meetings
