Fraser Health is seeking a dedicated Part Time Team Leader to enhance our Home Health team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating client care, supervising staff, and providing clinical leadership. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in Nursing, five years of experience in a community setting, and current registration with the BCCNM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate client care with interdisciplinary teams

• Supervise workflow and prioritize staff assignments

• Provide clinical expertise and leadership in practice

• Review and assess client care plans ensuring safety

• Recruit and train staff for clinical practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing

• Five years related clinical experience

• Current BCCNM registration

• Valid BC Driver's License
