This position invites motivated Nurse Practitioners to join a collaborative team dedicated to trauma-informed, integrated primary health care. You will engage in diagnosing and treating undiagnosed patients while developing strong relationships with patients, families, and fellow health providers. Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat patients with various health conditions

Requirements:
