Fraser Health is looking for a dedicated Full-Time Registered Nurse to join the Transition Line team. This role focuses on specialty care in the Emergency department, allowing you to assess patient needs and collaborate with families on personalized care plans. You'll also have opportunities to advance your specialty nursing knowledge through available courses.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patient conditions and establish nursing diagnoses
• Collaborate with families on tailored care management plans
• Prioritize and delegate nursing tasks efficiently
• Document all patient interactions per established standards
• Participate in nursing committees and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Active registration as a Registered Nurse with BCCNM
• Completion or plans to finish specialty nursing programs
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Physical preparedness for job requirements
