Position: Full-Time Registered Nurse Memorial
Join the Ambulatory Care team as a Full-Time Registered Nurse at Surrey Memorial Hospital, Surrey, B.C. This role involves patient assessment, collaboration, and direct care intervention.

This position is a relief role available until November 2027. As a key member of the Ambulatory Care team, you will utilize your nursing skills to assess and manage patient care effectively. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with healthcare professionals and providing patient education while maintaining a high standard of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' conditions and develop care plans

• Collaborate with inter-professional care teams

• Coordinate nursing care and manage patients’ needs

• Document nursing interventions and patient responses

• Mentor new nursing staff and students

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse license with BCCNM

• 2 years of relevant clinical experience

• Proficiency in intravenous therapy

• Strong communication and teaching skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with various healthcare professionals
