Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient care during pre, intra, and post-dialysis periods

• Establish and maintain therapeutic patient relationships

• Collaborate on individualized care plans with interdisciplinary teams

• Facilitate patient education and chronic disease management

• Document and escalate observations for patient safety

Requirements:

• Grade 12 and graduation from approved Practical Nursing program

• One year of recent related experience in acute care

• Registration with British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives

• Certificates in CPR Level C and First Aid

• Strong communication and organizational skills
