• Guide and motivate nursing and caregiving teams to deliver superior care
• Collaborate closely with families, residents, and interdisciplinary staff to personalize care
• Uphold regulatory compliance and quality assurance standards
• Manage budgets and foster a positive environment within a unionized workplace
• Provide hands‑on mentorship and leadership that inspires your team

• Registered Nurse with current BCCNM registration
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in geriatrics or long‑term care
• CPR certified and values teamwork, respect, and trust
• Holds or working toward a Master’s degree (preferred)
• Ability to get a recent Vulnerable Sector Check
