As a Registered Nurse (RN), you are vital to the team, directing the activities that enhance resident care and dignity. You will perform essential assessments, manage care plans, and coordinate with LPNs and other professionals. Your leadership will guide the nursing team while ensuring compliance with safety and clinical regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and implement individualized care plans
• Administer treatments and oversee medication compliance
• Provide clinical direction to care staff
• Facilitate communication with families and healthcare providers

Requirements:
• Graduate of an approved nursing program, licensed in BC
• Valid Occupational First Aid and CPR certifications
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
