Job SummaryLead the Future of Advanced Practice in Interventional Radiology (IR) at Surrey Memorial Hospital (SMH). The first‑ever Interventional Radiology Nurse Practitioner role in Canada is launching at SMH, and we’re looking for a visionary NP ready to shape the future of IR care. As Fraser Health expands Interventional Radiology services, this position is central to building a sustainable, high‑performing, patient‑centered IR program.
Key Responsibilities- Clinical assessment and management of patients before, during, and after IR procedures
- Expedited consults, follow‑ups, recovery, and discharges
- Performance of minor procedures within NP scope to enhance continuity of care
- Collaboration with Interventional Radiologists, nurses, and allied health to support coordinated, patient‑centered care
- Participation in population‑based planning, policy development, and outcome evaluation
