This position is for a Relief Full Time Registered Nurse available until approximately October 2027. You will collaborate with families, assess patient needs, and develop personalized care plans while progressing through specialty nursing courses. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patient conditions and develop nursing diagnoses
• Work with families on care plans and management
• Manage nursing tasks, setting priorities and delegating as needed
• Document all patient interactions as per standards
• Participate in nursing committees and quality initiatives
Requirements:
• Must have current registration as a Registered Nurse with BCCNM
• Completion or intention to complete specialty nursing programs
• Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication
• Physical readiness to fulfill job tasks
