In this position, you will assess patients, coordinate with healthcare providers, and deliver critical education to participants and their families. Your clinical expertise will facilitate effective pre and post-colonoscopy assessments, ensuring patients receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient care for colon screening services

• Conduct nursing assessments and develop care plans

• Deliver patient education on procedures and risks

• Evaluate and create educational materials for participants

• Monitor and document patient data for quality assurance
Requirements:

• Graduation from an approved School of Nursing

• Two years of related experience in colon cancer screening

• Active registration with BCCNM

• Valid BC Driver’s License and vehicle access

• Clinical proficiency in nursing practices
