Fraser Health is hiring a Relief Full-Time Registered Nurse to support our Ambulatory Care team until around November 2027. This role involves making nursing diagnoses, collaborating on care plans, and assisting with a variety of therapeutic interventions. You will have the opportunity to teach patients and their families while working within a supportive interprofessional care team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patients for significant condition changes

• Support physicians during medical procedures

• Develop and modify patient care plans in collaboration with families

• Teach health maintenance and disease prevention strategies

• Record patient data and care interventions accurately
Requirements:

• Graduation from a recognized nursing school

• Active registration with BCCNM

• Two years of recent clinical experience in nursing

• Skills in patient assessment and intravenous therapy

• Excellent communication and patient advocacy skills
