In this important position, you will use your nursing skills to deliver high-quality care, mentor students and staff, and improve clinical practices through innovative education. You’ll engage in comprehensive assessments, develop tailored care plans, and facilitate ongoing training that promotes both patient and staff learning experiences. Your input will be critical to the organization's quality improvement and risk management efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead education sessions focusing on evidence-based practices
• Mentor staff in patient care delivery and assessments
• Develop tools and resources based on identified learning needs
• Evaluate educational program effectiveness
• Participate in quality audits and research projects
Requirements:
• Current RN registration with BCCNM
• Three years of clinical specialty experience
• Education/leadership experience is a plus
• Post-graduate or certification in specialty area
• Valid BC Driver's License required
