Position: Casual Registered Nurse at Fraser Health

This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with an inter-professional care team to provide person-centered care. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, plan and evaluate nursing interventions, and educate patients and families. Applicants should have a valid nursing license and at least two years of recent clinical experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments upon admission

• Develop and modify care plans with the care team

• Coordinate nursing care and delegate tasks effectively

• Teach patients and families about health maintenance

• Document patient care according to practice standards
Requirements:

• Graduation from an approved School of Nursing

• Current registration with BCCNM

• Two years of clinical nursing experience

• Proficiency in intravenous therapy initiation

• Strong skills in communication and patient advocacy
