As a Registered Nurse, you will report to the Director of Care and play a vital role in delivering high-quality services that align with Optima Living's mission. This position involves developing service plans, maintaining health records, and administering medications. Your contributions will enhance resident care and ensure positive outcomes for each individual.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and recommend personalized resident service plans
• Maintain accurate health records for residents daily
• Administer medications and educate nursing staff
• Assist doctors during patient examinations and tests
• Evaluate nursing care and report changes promptly
Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Current British Columbia nursing license required
• Experience in residential care preferred
• Active CPR and First Aid certification needed
• Ability to work adaptable shifts and independently
