Position: Registered Nurse for West Coast Seniors
Transform lives as a Registered Nurse at West Coast Seniors Housing Management. Collaborate with care teams to provide quality, resident-centered care while maintaining dignity and respect for all.

The Registered Nurse (RN) will report to the Director of Care, leading a team that delivers holistic care to residents. Your clinical expertise will guide individualized care plans while supporting LPNs with daily clinical assessments and decision-making. You'll play a key role in fostering professional relationships and ensuring that residents receive compassionate care in a respectful environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and implement individualized resident care plans

• Administer medications and monitor treatments

• Coordinate with physicians and community representatives

• Facilitate referral processes for wound management

• Liaise with families and support care conference attendance

Requirements:

• Current RN license with BCCNM

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing is a plus

• Valid First Aid Level 1 and CPR certification

• Experience in long-term care preferred

• Ability to work with cleaning agents and lift up to 25 lbs
