You will be integral to assessing, planning, and evaluating nursing care, collaborating closely with an inter-professional team. This role emphasizes effective communication, patient autonomy, and health education. Candidates need to possess a valid nursing license and have substantial clinical nursing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement comprehensive nursing assessments at intake
• Collaborate on care plans with healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and families on health and wellness
• Document all nursing interventions and patient responses
• Organize nursing tasks and assignments methodically
Requirements:
• Graduation from a recognized Nursing School
• Active registration with BCCNM
• At least two years of related clinical experience
• Familiarity with IV therapy procedures
• Exceptional communication and advocacy skills
