Position: Full Time Clinical Nurse Specialist Inpatient
Fraser Health is seeking a full-time Clinical Nurse Specialist for surgical inpatient services, focusing on advanced nursing practice and patient outcomes. Lead and innovate within a collaborative team environment.

In this pivotal role, you will be part of the Learning Strategies and Professional Practice team, enhancing care quality through leadership and the development of evidence-based protocols. Your expertise will guide clinical practices, influence nursing education, and participate in research efforts to drive improvements in patient outcomes and staff capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert nursing consultation and leadership in surgical settings

• Conduct clinical evaluations and enhance nursing practices

• Collaborate with health care providers to develop care initiatives

• Mentor nursing staff and educate on standards of practice

• Support research projects to advance nursing knowledge

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Nursing required

• At least five years of nursing experience

• Three years specialized clinical experience

• Registered Nurse with BCCNM practice license

• Strong leadership and mentorship skills required
