Key Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate nursing care for psychiatric patients
- Implement therapeutic interventions actively and collaboratively
- Communicate effectively with the healthcare team about patient needs
- Advocate for patients' rights and well-being
- Participate in nursing staff education and orientation
- Graduation from an approved School of Nursing
- One year of recent psychiatric nursing experience
- Current registration with BCCNM
- Knowledge of child and adolescent mental health issues
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
