Key Responsibilities:
• Perform nursing assessments and identify newborn risk factors
• Prepare accurate reports for staff communication
• Execute high-risk delivery protocols with NRP
• Modify care plans based on changing needs
• Collaborate effectively with care providers and support services
Requirements:
• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with BCCNM
• At least one year's experience in a neonatal environment
• Completion of NRP certification
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting
• Effective teaching skills for family education
