Fleetwood Villa is seeking a dedicated LPN to provide compassionate nursing care in a retirement setting. You will work Thursdays to Mondays from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, supporting seniors with a holistic approach. Your expertise will help implement care plans, mentor unregulated care providers, and maintain high standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver patient-oriented nursing care in line with provincial standards
• Assess and document residents' clinical care accurately
• Implement and evaluate care plan effectiveness
• Mentor and coach unregulated care providers
• Build trusted relationships with residents and families
Requirements:
• Current LPN registration in the applicable province
• Strong clinical knowledge and experience preferred
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification
• Current Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain
