You will work collaboratively within a dynamic care team, ensuring comprehensive planning and delivery of patient services. This role involves training and mentoring nursing staff as well.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed patient assessments regularly
• Collaborate with families and healthcare teams
• Manage nursing tasks and patient referrals
• Evaluate patient care outcomes effectively
• Assist in educational programs and in-services
Requirements:
• Graduate of an approved Nursing School
• Current RN registration with BCCNM
• Two years clinical experience in nursing
• Ability to perform patient assessments accurately
• Strong team collaboration and empathy skills
