You will assess, plan, and evaluate nursing care for acutely ill seniors, collaborating with an interprofessional care team. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess elderly patients’ acute care needs

Requirements:
• Current RN registration with BCCNM
• At least one year of experience in acute care
