Fraser Health is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join its esteemed Hemodialysis team in Surrey. Successful candidates should possess post-graduate specialty education in Nephrology or express a strong desire to obtain it through Fraser Health’s in-house program. You’ll assess, implement, and evaluate patient care across dialysis stages to ensure high-quality healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and plan patient care during dialysis phases
• Contribute to individualized care plans with the nephrology team
• Organize client care priorities and respond to needs
• Facilitate client education on care management strategies
• Maintain safe working environment and adhere to policies
Requirements:
• Approved program in Practical Nursing graduation
• One year of relevant nursing experience in acute care
• Current registration with BCCNM and CPR certification
• Ability to effectively communicate and prioritize tasks
• Physical ability to perform required nursing duties
