Licensed Practical Nurse at Laurel Place

Elevate your nursing skills as a Licensed Practical Nurse with Fraser Health at Laurel Place Hospice in Surrey, B.C. This Relief Full Time position allows you to contribute significantly to patient care until December 2027.

As an integral part of the multidisciplinary team, you will perform thorough assessments, plan and implement nursing care, and participate in care planning meetings.

Your role adheres to the full scope of practice outlined by the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives, ensuring that patients receive tailored and effective care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct holistic assessments of patients and families

Requirements:
