Position: Mental Health Nurse at Fraser Health

As a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse at Fraser Health, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to clients facing substance use challenges. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care and develop tailored care plans

• Administer medications and monitor treatment effects

• Respond to emergencies and manage crisis situations

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for client care

• Conduct mental health assessments and provide follow-up care
Requirements:

• Graduation from an approved nursing program

• Current registration with BCCNM as RN or RPN

• One year of experience in addictions care

• Completion of relevant certifications may be required

• Knowledge of psychopharmacology and counselling skills
