This full-time role demands two years of pediatric nursing experience and registration with BCCNM. You will initiate comprehensive assessments, develop care strategies, and work closely with families and medical teams for optimal care delivery. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments for pediatric patients
• Collaborate on the development of effective care plans
• Participate in patient and family education for self-care
• Mentor new nursing staff and students in pediatric practices
• Document patient interactions accurately as required
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited Nursing program
• Valid RN license with BCCNM
• Minimum two years of pediatric clinical experience
• Certification in pediatric nursing or related fields
• Skills in advanced pediatric care and interventions
