Fraser Health is seeking a part-time RN Clinical Mentor to join its dedicated team in Surrey. This role focuses on providing mentorship, fostering clinical skills, and supporting nursing staff development. You will collaborate with clinical educators to model best practices and ensure nurses receive effective guidance in their daily duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with interprofessional teams to prioritize learning needs

• Role model best nursing practices and competencies

• Provide clinical guidance and on-the-job support

• Contribute to determining skill development priorities

• Facilitate continuous quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Registration as a Registered Nurse with BCCNM

• Three years of recent nursing experience

• Experience in mentorship and leadership training

• Valid BC Driver’s License may be required

• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
