The role of RN Clinical Mentor is essential in our commitment to high-quality inpatient care. You'll collaborate with Nurse Educators to provide direct mentorship and assist in the professional development of nursing staff. By promoting safe practices and strengthening clinical skills, you will play a key role in shaping the future of nursing excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a clinical advisor and mentor to Inpatient Medicine nurses

• Facilitate real-time mentorship during clinical practice

• Provide engaging clinical education and training

• Collaborate on identifying learning priorities

• Model best practices in patient care delivery

Requirements:

• Current RN registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives

• At least three years of recent acute care nursing experience

• Expertise in mentoring nursing personnel

• Leadership training or equivalent experience

• Eligibility to work in Canada
