This role will involve supporting Indigenous individuals and families through comprehensive assessments and tailored treatment plans. Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and treat various health conditions within scope
• Implement and monitor comprehensive care plans for patients
• Consult with healthcare teams to promote best practices
• Prescribe necessary medications and treatments according to standards
• Engage in community health initiatives and education
Requirements:
• Valid Nurse Practitioner registration in British Columbia
• Minimum three years of experience in culturally responsive primary care
• Familiarity with Indigenous communities and health practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
