Immediate opening for a Relief Registered Nurse to support the Renal services. Utilize your nephrology skills to provide essential patient care in a community setting.
As a Registered Nurse with an emphasis on Renal Services, you will engage with patients by conducting thorough assessments, developing care plans, and coordinating effective nursing interventions.
Your role will also involve educating patients and their families about health maintenance, ensuring the highest standard of care is delivered. This position offers an opportunity to grow in nephrology while contributing positively to patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough assessments and create tailored care plans
• Update and adapt care plans based on patient needs
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for holistic care
• Provide education to patients and families about their conditions
• Document all nursing activities in compliance with standards
Requirements:
• Valid registration with the BCCNM
• Two years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in nephrology
• Completion of specialized nephrology training is preferred
• Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in diverse teams
