Fraser Health is currently hiring a Relief Registered Nurse dedicated to cardiac care. In this role, you will assess and plan nursing interventions, educate patients, and evaluate outcomes to ensure optimal care for individuals in a medical setting. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and diagnose patient conditions for care planning
• Work collaboratively with family members in care decisions
• Facilitate coordinated nursing efforts and referrals
• Teach self-care and health promotion to patients
• Document care activities and patient responses
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with active BCCNM registration
• Completion of critical care nursing requirements
• One year experience in cardiac nursing preferred
• Certified in Basic Rescuer skills
• Strong organizational and patient advocacy skills
