Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care in home and community settings

• Complete thorough nursing assessments

• Administer medications and treatments as per scope

• Communicate effectively with clients and families

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Requirements:

• Current RN registration and CPR certification

• Strong assessment and communication skills

• Experience in relevant nursing fields is an asset

• Valid driver’s license preferred for some assignments

• Clear criminal record check
