Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments at admissions and intervals
• Collaborate with inter-professional teams for care planning
• Coordinate nursing care and delegate tasks to support staff
• Teach patients and families about care and health maintenance
• Document assessments and interventions per practice standards
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with BCCNM current registration
• Two years of recent clinical nursing experience
• Clinical proficiency in the designated area
• Ability to initiate intravenous therapy
• Knowledge of evidence-informed nursing practice
