Key Responsibilities:

• Perform intake assessments and crisis interventions

• Develop care plans with psychiatric team members

• Advocate for patients’ needs and coordinate transitions to aftercare

• Document patient evaluations and treatment plans accurately

• Facilitate interdisciplinary discussions to optimize patient care

Requirements:

• Graduation from an approved School of Nursing

• Current registration with BCCNM

• One year of relevant experience in mental health settings

• Strong crisis intervention and assessment skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
