Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement nursing care for patients

• Participate actively in the therapeutic program of the unit

• Collect data through communication and physical assessment

• Write accurate reports and document patient progress

• Advocate for patients’ rights and dignity

Requirements:

• Graduation from an approved School of Nursing

• Current BCCNM registration as RN/RPN

• Knowledge of mental illness and treatment methods

• Ability to conduct effective communication in care

• Experience with crisis intervention techniques
