Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct mental health assessments and coordinate care plans
• Provide direct client nursing care while monitoring progress
• Engage clients and families in treatment decision-making
• Document detailed observations and care interventions
• Participate in quality improvement and research initiatives
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse license
• Minimum two years' relevant nursing experience
• Understanding of mental health treatment methodologies
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License required
