Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and identify clients' physiological and psychological needs
• Formulate and maintain patient care plans with the team
• Administer various forms of medications accurately
• Document and report significant changes in client conditions
• Assist clients with personal and daily care tasks
Requirements:
• Recognized nursing education with relevant experience
• Current license from the BCCNM
• First Aid and Food Safe certificates needed
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Availability for on-call duties and patient transfers
